I'd say Assault Vest Dragon Dance Mega Rayquaza. With the effects of Strong Winds in play, it's weak only to dragon, ice and fairy type attacks. Most of ice and fairy moves are special, while about half the dragon ones are too. So, by holding the Assault Vest you can easily survive any special attack there is. Mega Rayquaza already has pretty high defenses and with that boost in special defense, you won't have to worry about being 1-Hit K.O.ed. Because of that, it's incredibly easy to set up Dragon Dances until you feel strong enough and then spam attacks like Extramespeed, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, etc.

Well, you are right, Mega RayRay is the strongest Pokémon by far... but Assault Vest + Dragon Dance doesn't work

MEGA KANGASKHAN! Even though there are some awesome counters like ferrothorn with iron barbs and rocky helmet or Garchomp with Rough skin and rocky helmet. Everyone also says talonflame is very OP but everyone has adapted to be able to OHKO talonflame easily. Stealth also do like half its HP

The best counter for Mega Kangaskhan is Mega Aggron. It can 2-Hit K.O. even the bulkiest Kangas with a brick break and also take 3x2 hits from Power Up Punch or 2x2 hits from Earthquake.

Have you ever heard of a move called trick and an ability called Klutz? It's all about teamwork!

1.- Yeah, everyone knows the Klutz + Trick combo
2.- The Kultz tricking strat is exclusive to doubles/triples battles, and you never specified that your set is for doubles/triples battles, or that you need a partner to trick the assault vest
3.- Tricking the assault vest seems really inneficient, since once you trick the assault vest, you can't keep Dragon Dancing while you have it, so, you don't have the bulk while you need it (during the set up), and when you get that bulk, you can't set up anymore
4.- The few Pokémon that get the Klutz + Trick combo are not exactly... good (I have used Klutz Lopunny, is kinda usable in singles... but in doubles...)
5.- Your strategy is really easy to counter, Fake Out, Taunt, T-wave, also, what is the point of running Assault Vest if you are most probably using the best move that RaRay has, wich is Dragon Ascent

In other words, Life Orb > Assault Vest in Doubles
In singles can be used, but not having Dragon Dance in RayRay is... well... not that broken

Life Orb Rayquaza is by far the biggest wast of a pokemon there is! Life Orb should ONLY be used with Magic Guard or Sheer Force! Also, all official competitive battles are either double or triple nowadays, with just a few exceptions.

Darkrai is the most op (if we aren't talking about the rules. ) This thing has Dark void which puts multiple opponents to sleep at one time and has better accuracy than hypnosis! Plus his speed which only makes things worse unless. ..... Cough cough lum berry

Before XY I'd say Sabeleye was pretty op no weakness and a sitruis berry but now current gen I'll pick up a Smeargle and go to town so yea Smeargle is op to me
