SSB for 3DS What is your favorite stage on smash bro for 3ds

I don't know, but I think I'll prefer the ones with special mechanics like the New Super Mario Bros. 2 or the arcade Pac-Man stage. They seems to make the game way more fun than what it looks like already (I bet it's already the funniest fighting game of the year, at least, for me) !

But of course, I like the mechanic-less stages that are in too :).

I'm waiting to see all the new stages before deciding but I prefer ones with changing backgrounds but the actual stage to fight on remaining the same. I never really liked the distractions that same stages in brawl had (That damned Warioware stage comes to mind). Still if they play a gimmick well I wouldn't mind.
 
I really hope they put more stages that leak didn't had and there should more stages from popular 3ds games like Kirby triple deluxe ,dream team, and link between world just to name a few
 
It's a tie between three stages in the game :
  • Final Destination
  • Arena Ferox
  • Boxing Ring
They're all flat surfaces and those stages are where I perform the best (at least I think) during matches.
 
I love Arena Ferox. The Mario coin stage (don't remember it's name) was also a lot of fun, and the gimmick was surprisingly enjoyable. Boxing ring is fun too, but I felt that most of the stages are mediocreish to bad.
 
My two favorite stages in Super Smash Bros 3DS are:
-Final Destination- It's a classic stage to fight on, who wouldn't love it?
-Rainbow Road- I really like this new corse. It's a super cool moving stage and I love it
 
Lmao I've only played FD stages and battlefield outside of classic mode/all star mode. D: Yeah I still really like those. I guess the 3d land scrolling stage is cool for a scrolling stage so I'll count that as my favorite.

Why?:
Because has a lot fun on it. Extra Mini-games for you to win extra health, get bigger & have the star power!

Final destination, because it is the only map where the map can't kill you

Arena Ferox for sure, I love the musical options for it, it's from my favourite game, and the stage itself is always enjoyable to play on for me as the changing stage mechanic doesn't get too in the way yet stays fun and interesting to play with.

Corneria - Will always probably my favorite stage. Just epic music, and space ships!
Magicant - This has really nice music, and watching flying man pwn people is funny.
Arena Ferox - Very nice. Has everything i want in a stage, and it's from Fire Emblem.

Me, Personally, my favorite stage is pictochat ver.2 in SSBB, pictochat was my favorite, and in the new game it is also! It has tons of variety instead of having some weird terrain. It also has references everywhere! What are you guy's favorite stages?

I generally like flat stages or ones that have not many hazards that can be considered distracting.
Least favorite stages:
Balloon Fight- So many hazards and what bothers me is you can walk to the other side of the stage where normally I think it's a boundary zone.
Corneria- Unbalanced and full of things shooting other things. That corner is evil and you could try and camp on top of the front ship's gun

Meh Stages:
Find Mii- Hazards are a distraction. The cage can be attacks and you can lose orientation of your character.

Nintendogs- It's fine other then the fact the falling piece of gold and toy blocks hurt you

Unova Pokemon League- Hazards with potential KOs. Not fun.

Gerudo Valley- Hazards and bridge ironically similar function as Brinstar.

Favorite Stages
Brinstar- You can get so many air attacks off on this stage. It's balanced because good ground characters can take control when there is only the top platform(s) remaining. You can change the orientation of the platforms. No hazards other than the ground.

Capt. Falcon's Stage- lots of freedom and platforms. The only hazards are warnings and you can use a ton of air attacks here too.

Battlefield- You should know why.

Obstacle course- Same as Battlefield

Green Greens- No real hazards. Really simple and the stage doesn't move fast enough to be a problem.

Lumiose City- More happy platforms changing into platforms

My favorite stage would have to go to Arena Ferox Omega, as it is the smallest stage, so people can't camp in a corner and wait for every one to die. Also it has that epic music, and comes from a epic game. My second favorite is Final Destination, as it a clear classic, it can't get any better than a map that is from the very first game of super smash brothers. It is also a map that is very simple with epic intense music. My 3rd favorite would have go to Coroneria, Star Fox map is an epic one. The lasers, and random fire, makes it a unpredictable as sometimes it shoots at just the right time to kill someone, while it may kill you. It has a epic map layout as it is simple. The only reason it isn't higher is that you can go under the wing and stay there with pikachu and spam down B and if someone keeps hitting it right its basically invincible...

My favourite maps are Corneria and Omega PictoChat.

I love Corneria because as a child I owned super smash bros 64. I can remember that I really loved Corneria and the Saffron City map the most! But all the Smash 64 maps were awesome, except Mushroom kingdom. Corneria is a really awesome map with a lot of cool features. You even can stand on the shooters under the left piece of the plane!

I really enjoy PictoChat Omega for 1 reason, I can do my Greninja attack ( special <-- --> ) without anyone noticing! ( unless they are an expert or using Greninja as well )
Unless this, the map isn't anything special in Omega version.

What do you guys think of those maps?

Favorite stage is Wario Ware.
It's just hilarity ensued with the minigames and adds more fun to the matches.
Picto Chat is good as well, the gimmicks in that stage force you to play in different styles. I remember both the tornado and the faucet. It's pretty original, to say the least.

Wario Ware is a map I forgot, it's a really good map with a lot of fun things in it :)
