What does the letters in "Mii" Stand for?

It doesn't stand for anything ;~;
Nintendo wanted to introduce an idea that involved making your own character/avatar for most of your games.
The name "Mii" came from the Nintendo Wii, so I'm guessing Nintendo wanted to have a similar name for the two.

But if it would actually stand for anything, then "ii" would be いい, which in Japanese means Good, but other then that Mii wouldn't be an acronym.
