What NDS Games Would You Like to See On Wii U VC?

Nintendo just announced that they will eventually be adding Nintendo DS games to the Nintendo Wii U Virtual Console as downloadable titles. Which DS games would you like to see put on it?

I personally would love to see just about any of the Pokémon games, however I doubt that's likely. More realistically, I hope for:

  • New Super Mario Bros.
  • Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
  • Final Fantasy III
  • Mario Kart DS
  • Kirby Mass Attack
  • Rhythm Heaven

Just my personal list.
 
I don't own a WiiU, but I think those games would sell pretty well on the WiiU's DS VC:

---> (You told it) Pokemon Series (All, but please, Not Pokemon Dash !)
---> Kirby Squeak Squad (Got its challenges, but was quite invisible at the time it came out)
---> WarioWare DIY/Touched ! (Would be fun with the WiiU GamePad)
---> Mario & Sonic at the JO (Vancouver and Beijing, Why Not, it would make the whole saga available on the WiiU!)
---> Zelda Phantom Hourglass and Spirits Tracks would be good idea too, no ?
 
What?!? I never even realized the Wii U HAD a Nintendo DS Virtual Console section... I thought that they weren't going to put Nintendo DS games up on the Wii U VC. I would like to see how well Mario Kart DS would work though...

Huh. That's interesting, Do you mean they announced Mario Kart DS or their Nintendo DS Virtual Console section. If they announced Mario Kart DS VC or are going to then that is a big surprise to me.

I meant they announced that DS games are going on the Wii U VC. No DS games have been announced yet.
 
Lots of good choices named already ... Elite Beat Agents would be another good one.

I hope they bring some imports to the service also.

Oh. That is too bad, I would have kind of liked to hope on my Wii U and then play some Nintendo DS games through the DS Virtual Console... Did they also announce when they will start making games for it?!? I hope it comes soon :D
 
I'd love to see the Advance Wars games on the Wii U VC, that, and games you guys already mentioned, like WarioWare, TLoZ and the Kirby games. Can't think of anything else right now that would make a really good use of the gamepad.

I want The World Ends With You, since I didn't have the game :( because I somehow love non-FF SQEX games more. Well, this game was ported to iOS, so...

I am really happy for the Wii U owners to get this opportunity, to experience the NDS gaming library more with the awesome gamepad, the games I would love to see come to the Wii U NDS Virtual Console are:
  • Fossil Fighters: Champions
  • The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks
  • Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
  • New Super Mario Bros.
  • Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
  • Final Fantasy IV
  • And probably a few Pokemon games, maybe Heartgold/Soulsilver, Diamond/Pearl/Platinum?

Hmm... A good horror import game they could also port would be Nanashi no Game. It would be scarier on bigger screens (and it's made by Square Enix too).

It's definitely a possibility, seeing as they put Summer Carnival '92 RECCA on the NES Virtual Console for 3DS. (Originally a Japan exclusive)

I'm just wondering how you play DS VC on a Wii U. Does the first screen pop up on the TV and the latter on the gamepad? Or both of them on the gamepad but we have to play it vertically? - The gamepad position, I mean. Hehehe.

Yes! The World Ends With You and that Gamepad screen - what a compatibility XD We'd be happy running our fingers around to beat monsters with pins :)

Well, since Tales of hearts R was just announced for the west, I would like to see the ds version of the game for wii u.

There's another mobile game for 3DS, also to west, but...
I think they will prefer to translate the game, port to 3DS and sell it in full retail price.
