What Pokemon Game Do You Wanna See In 2016?

Nintendo's Digital Event, Iwata: Thought you were gonna see A Pokemon Game, HECK NO! Of course No Pokemon! Anthony: (sigh) This is disappointing, More Mario, Less Pokemon. WHY?!? OK I want Pokemon in 2016. Anyway, Pokemon's 20th Anniversary Will Be in 2016. You Know what I want? Pokemon Rainbow! Pokemon Z may Most Commonly happen but I think Pokemon Rainbow, Pokemon X and Y 2 or Pokemon Z may happen. Now Pokemon Z or X and Y 2 will be the Basic Pokemon X and Y Counterpart. For Pokemon Z, I'd make Zygarde have 1 new Forme. If we get X and Y 2 Zygarde Should Get 2 Formes. But What about the 20th Anniversary Game Pokemon Rainbow? Well You can Choose What type of Kanto Starters you want when you start in Kanto, Then When you Catch Latios/Latias if Boy or Girl and beat All Legendary Birds, Mewtwo, Elite 4 and Mew, you get the ability to fly so then you can go to Johto and get one of the Johto Starters when you first arrive in Johto. Once you beat Ho-Oh/Lugia if Boy or Girl, Elite 4, All Legendary Beasts and Celebi depending if you are a Boy or a Girl if Ho-Oh/Lugia you can go to Hoenn and get the Hoenn Starters. Once you beat Groudon/Kyogre depending if Boy or Girl, All Regis including Regigigas, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Elite 4 and Catch Latias/Latios If Boy or Girl you can Go to Sinnoh and Unova Once beat Palkia/Diagla if Boy or Girl, Giratina, All Lake Guardians, Elite 4, Shaymin and Heatran in Sinnoh, Resharim/Zekrom if Boy or Girl, All Forces of Nature, Black/White Kyurem if By or Girl Elite 4, All Swords of Justice and Victini in Unova, you can go to Kalos. Once You defeat Yveltal/Xerneas if Boy or Girl, Zygarde, Diancie, Hoopa, Elite 4 and Volcanation You will get to encounter Arceus, the version mascot When Soaring in the Sky with Latios and Latias. You need to catch Arceus if you want to beat the game. There is one problem with this, It may take too long to develop because it's so long. If they cancel it, Maybe Gen 1 Remakes will come again soon.

I really like the idea of a game that incorporate all the regions, but I watch a youtube video sometime ago that had really good reasons as to why there wont be one. And, as much as I hate to say it, it pretty much shot down any hopes I had for there ever being one.

On the other hand your theory for gen 1 remakes may be happening. Considering how Kanto is the last unplayable story since it was previously released on the gameboy, but other then that there is no other reason to remake it. (besides how awesome it would be to see everything in 3D)

Personally I want Diamond/Pearl/Platinum remake, mainly because it was my first adventure with out my family's input. I made all the decsions of what I wanted and not what the whole family decided. Plus I just love the pokemon introduced in that gen.

I love your idea for the next Pokémon game they should have a game with all the region's and legendary Pokémon seeing how the next Mystery Dungeon has all the Pokémon.

For me I would love a Pokémon game similar to Nintendogs. You can choose from all the starters, along with the option to pick Pikachu, Eevee, Meowth, Vulpix, or Riolu.

Unlike Nintendog with the various colors you can you can choose from it would be Pokémon varying in height since we've seen really tall Pokémon and really short Pokémon.

But if you keep shuffling the Pokémon in the DayCare you could come across a shiny.

Like Nintendogs you get to name the Pokémon (if you want) you take care of the Pokémon with time going based off real time. You can take them for walks or practice gyms to compete in gyms like in the real game except you go back home once done.

And you can move to new homes in other regions, and on walks you encounter wild Pokémon or you have the other to explore freely and meet other Pokémon. And to get legendary Pokémon either they will encounter you on your birthday and or holiday or keep playing for a certain amount of time and meet them that way.

You would be able to feed, bathe, or dress up the Pokémon and you can keep up to six Pokémon in your house depending on their size the amount you can keep will vary.

The game would be in 3D and this part maybe pushing it but the Pokémon would have all their cries from the anime like Pikachu does.

Though evolution would be tricky since some Pokémon need to be traded to evolve, I guess there would be an online play option to battle other trainers and to trade them too for pokedex entry or evolution.

That's a game I wanna see from Nintendo sure it's childish bit I would really love a game like that.

That would be so cool! Take your pokemon out on walks through out the region or at special parks like in Diamond/pearl/ Platinum. And mybe instead of being able to go to all of the regions you could limit them to two or three. Like kanto, johto, and hoenn could be one and shinnoh, unova, and kalos another. Or base the grouping on where each region is located. As for evolution limits, either be able to trade normally like in the main games or have a built in feature that you can make deals with a certain guy so you can trade your pokemon just to get them evolved.


Maybe there would be a game where your a professor's assistant! Helping to care for all the pokemon that they have at their lab and even helping the new trainers get the pokemon they need. (kinda like a mini game where the trainer tells you what their looking for and you have to guess what they want). The layout would be similar to nintend dogs like you said, but I'm thinking looking more like Pokemon Ami that was introduced in Pokemon x/y.

Although this is an idea there could also be a feature where you can transfer over pokemon from the main game (kinda like my pokemon ranch for the wii) but instead of it as a one way trip, release updates so it can be compatible for the newer games and it could transfer them to the new generations like poke bank!

Yes! That is so cool! A Nintendogs + Pokemon Spinoff! And I would like to see cries from the anime. Pikachu got his cry from the anime in X and Y so we need to get there cries from the anime. It is childish but this is a great idea! Maybe you can Transfer Pokemon X, Y, OR and AS Pokemon to your game for a while to. I'd recommended to keep the Short and Tall feature out because I want the Pokemon to be size like they were in the games. If we got a Pokemon and Nintendogs spinoff that would be so cool!

Primal Dialga is already a thing you know mystery dungeon I would like to see them bring that thing back. Girintina doesn't need anything else he already has a different form. Plus if they do remake the gen 4 games, I wouldn't be surprised to see Darkrai or Arceus get their own episode because you got to remember before gen 6 Deoxys was an event only pokemon .

Yeah I guess your right about Girintina, I had thought about it's other form but still have some hope of maybe getting a mega/primal. But the extra episodes for Darkrai and Arceus. Maybe Darkrai could be involved with the quest with cresselia and Arceus be the main post game episode.

Yes but I think that the Arceus episode should have Girintina as the main antagonist as Girintina could be returning to the normal pokemon world from the Distortion world recking Sinnoh and then you must summon Arceus to defeat it. Then after that a boat is accessed allowing you to reach Kalos, Unova, or Hoenn.

Or they can make a game where you pick a side and the regions are at war.

I'm more or less interested in the Pokemon Detective game and a GCN based Pokemon spinoff for the Wii U and a special edition version of that Pokemon Fighting game for other regions. I'm sure there'll be Pokemon Ranger VC on the Wii U if not already as Nintendo usually is at the top on these things. Of course there's going to be more mainseries games and remakes and Shuffle as a future phone game in development to expect as well.

BUT, if we're talking main series, I think it's safe to say we'll be getting one of three things: Gen 7, Kanto remakes, or Z. I'm starting to lean towards Gen 7 just because of how small X/Y were, and with Kanto remakes it's hard to say considering the last main series game was a remake. Z is likely but I really just don't want it to happen.

As for spin offs, we'll probably get some more puzzle games and Pokken Tournament for NX (if the console comes out in 2016 that is, if not then it'll come to it in 2017)

What about a special game involving all the regions ending with the Perfect 4 and the world champion. After you beat all of that you can become champion of the world. You can pick one partner pokemon to walk around not for battling. Then when you complete a region you start another one with all your old pokemon not being able to be used until you beat that pokemon league. Starting with a new starter each time.

Honestly I would just like pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. We won't be getting D/P remakes for about 4 years and I don't think it is time for gen 7 yet. I also don't want Z because I already have Y I don't want to have to pay for another almost identical kalos when I can buy something for my Wii U or something. Hopefully Super Mystery Dungeon will have that feel of the old DS and GBA mystery dungeon games. Also, Primal Dialga is already a thing. It has been a thing since 2008 in explorers of time/darkness/sky. Hopefully in the new mystery dungeon we will get to see Primal Dialga again.
