Just read the title and answer the question. :p
I have a PAL (European) region 3DS. Getting PAL games is a bit difficult and most of the times these are expensive compared to NTSC. :(

I have a NTSC (American) region 3DS. Getting NTSC games here is a bit difficult to found sometimes and also they are expensive. Most of the times I have to get those digitally.

I have a US 3DS and getting US-region games, or any 3DS games at all, in my city is difficult. But I still have enough games to be happy with.

I think Digital Downloads are the best for everyone. I have decided to buy my future games from GAME UK's digital shop. They're offering PAL Digital Downloads for fair prices.

Got Asia 3DS. It's actually the same with US version but without Ninty coin to redeem (both the handheld and the retail game). I can buy Asia version of the games (some publishers release the Asia version); it's cheaper than US version of the games.

You can get all the games like the US or EU region?
