Gen 3 What would be a good level to fight the e4 in emerald...

In a let's play of a nuzlocke. I've been let's playing a nuzlocke of emerald and I (finally) got to the e4, but I don't think I'm prepared. BTW my team is lv 46-49 (except one in lv 53 because I trained him offscreen right now). BTW, what would be good spots for training to get a good amount of exp without risking too much, because I don't want to lose anybody in the progress.

It honestly depends on how much of a challenge you want. Though if you want to battle them quickly while having a fair challenge I would suggest being between levels 45-50. It also depends on what pokemon you have on your team now. If you need EXP, I suggest finding Interviewers Gabby and Ty, their pokemon's highest levels are 39 but they give at least 2000 EXP to any pokemon holding the EXP. Share.
