What would you do if had the ability to surround yourself with magnetic field?

Ello dear 3dspedia account holders, I was thinking today at school when studying magnetism and trying out magnetic field experiments and I thought to myself "how cool would it be if I could surround myself in magnetic field that I cast on myself with no technology, what could I do with it? How will it help me?" and so this thread was made. So if you had that ability what would you do with it? Does it sound cool? Would you prefer something better? First I shall go to some arcade and use my magnetic powers to win all the games like pachinko and stuff. Next I would be the next magneto! :D. I shall wear a magnetic suit and wield the power of magnets. I shall use the magnetic field to fly and stuff using the earths electro magnetic field as the base of my powers . Eventually I will use my powers to make a super spaceship and go to different planets. Not sure how but I will do it some how with the use of my powers!
Also if I had a magnetic field, people and objects would be attracted to me....literally!

Golly that's a great use of a magnetic field. I thought this could be used where guns are being fired and just defect them and look all cool while doing it. :D Or I could jump off the empire state building and attract myself to some metallic alloy to prevent me from dying. :p

First of all, I would keep it a secret because I doubt the rest of society would react positively to someone with superpowers.

With a magnetic field you could fly and do stuff with all electronics (a bit of magnetism for small changes, a lot for a kill of whatever technology you're targeting) but don't forget, we humans are a bit magnetic too and our nervous system uses electric signals. So if you have extreme control of your magnetic field and full understanding of the magnetic fields in humans you could also manipulate thoughts and movements in living beings...

I'd probably become a supervillain with powers like that. I doubt if anyone would be a hero. After all, "there is no cup where one can get as drunk from as the cup of power." (Old saying in my country, I think there is a lot of truth in it.)

I like your style when it comes to the usage of this ability @PersonSP. Don't forget you can absorb any sorts of energy and that yu could technically walk through fire with that sort of ability. You could create a field that would provide you with oxygen so you could explore places like the ocean or vast space.
 
First, I would get 4 long yellow towels and sew them together. This way people will think I am Rose from Street Fighter. Then I would use my power to travel faster along the ground so I won't be late for school. Then I would not use my power again unless there is an emergency or if @PersonSP decides to cause havoc in the area. Then I would unleash the Magic Sham Wow once again....

Why? Do you have a lot of piercings or do you like to surround yourself with knives? You could just start to train somewhere far away from society and only come back when you've mastered your powers. ;)

If you could control your magnet powers you could get yourself a sandwich without dying. :D Pro tip; plastic armour, there are plastics that are stronger than steel.

Okay, so basically we've got 3 villains of varying degrees of evilness and one hero who only works on the weekends? Nice. :sneaky:
