What would you wanna see in My Nintendo?

Hiya guys! P2.0 here coming atcha with another topic thingy concerning My Nintendo.

As we all know, MN doesn't really hold a big enough candle to the awesomeness that was Club Nintendo. :'D Man, I really I had some device back then to access the internet. I missed out on a lot of cool rewards/accessories. I only got a few things when it was coming to a close. ;-;

Then My Nintendo rolled on in, and the rewards were... well, less enthusiasm raising.
I mean, the first rewards weren't too bad, but since it was nee, no one had enough gold, or platinum coins at first to buy anything, and those rewards went like WHOOSH.
Then we ended up with stuff mostly like coupons for games we didn't actually want, and a few 3ds themes that were kinda bland. ( The good ones actually cost gold coins. >:/ )

And the value of the Gold and Platinum Coins got reversed! Seriously, the coveted Platinum Coins were supposed to be the ultimate treawtre that gave you better prizes! D:

Where am I going with all this? Welp, I just wanted to know, what sort of prizes would you like to have in My Nintendo? :eek:

Well, personally, I’d like to see physical rewards, like Club Nintendo had. I remember getting a life sized AR card for my 3DS, and it was awesome! I also know for a fact that they had given away a free GameCube game for a Zelda Collector’s Edition. (Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to grab it. ;~;) But Yeah, I slice to see more physical rewards than digital, like medals, game cards, etc. I know Nintendo probably won’t do it, but that’s my wish. I also hope they stop with the FREAKIN WALLPAPERS AND DISCOUNTS THAT HARDLY ANYONE EVER USES.

Definitely Physical rewards and discounts on physical products. Download codes and 3ds themes are cool and all, but Club Nintendo was so much better because of physical rewards, but to be honest I'm surprised MyNintendo exists at all. It can't be that profitable and they can't be getting much valuable information like they had a little from Club Nintendo.

Actual games. Like instead of those lame discounts, have the actual game! The themes are cool though.

They put out indie games once in a while.

I would like to see more buyable vc games/eshop games, regardless if it is platinum or gold coins (I don't like the current offer system rn)

Also buyable games on mynintendo for switch would be great! but we only have the spend golden coins thing...

I actually got really upset at club nintendo once because when they were doing their last rewards I was a platinum member and my 3ds wasn’t working at the time so I never got one of the good games :rage:

Awww that must really of sucked. It always seems the one day your 3DS isn't working something good is happening.

Mostly, I'd love to have discounts for Nintendo Switch titles (I know it's a long shot, but since it's the only Nintendo system I own...).
After reading previous posts, I must admit that the thought of having physical rewards also appealed to me. Doesn't sound so profitable for Nintendo, I guess, but I'd love to have some of those as well :D

I would like to have rewards for buying physical games on the 3DS and Wii U as well as Switch.
I redeemed all my points on my switch game cards for 10-16 points each, then shortly after that, they changed it to give out more points. I got 50 gold points for a more recent game card purchase.
I would like the gold points to be able to be used for discounts on the 3ds eShop too.
Really though, we should be happy that they are giving us anything. (PlayStation apparently has a loyalty program in America, but not here in UK. )
I did love Club Nintendo, I managed to get a few cool things from it, including a Legend of Zelda beach towel. I used to get the point cards from my sister's games too, as she wasn't interested, so saved up quite a few points. It is quite frustrating now, to buy a pre-owned game, and find an unscratched point card in the box.

Sadly I never used Club Nintendo but I wish I did. Apparently there were some great stuff there.

It seems that Nintendo decided not to have switch rewards, besides gold coins equaling a penny on the eshop..

Maybe (very unlikely I think) they will stop My Nintendo and make a new thing like it. Probably won't happen but who knows?

I would probably like to see more fun 3ds and Wii U discounts like for example they should add Pokémon X,Y,Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire discounts because many people want to play these games ,but they’re really expensive $40. They should also add Pokémon Red,Blue,Yellow, and Gold,Silver, and Crystal for 1,000 coins because it would equal $10 dollars.Probably should add discounts for Super Smash bros 3ds and Wii U and DLC ,but I think this will come out once SSB5 comes out also they should include SSB4 DLC for gold points and Stages for 300 gold points as well too.

No @ShinyEevee thats only for gold points every 100=1 dollar so let’s say you buy a game on eshop and it costs $10 dollars after you buy it you can go check your mynintendo account and if it’s 100 it’s $1.00 dollar if it’s 200 points it’s $2.00.

I know that would be really cool and many people would be able to use them towards games ,but Nintendo makes us work for them sadly :(.

Yep there is no such thing as a free Nintendo game :p you gotta work for it :)
