What's next for Nintendo?

now that the Wii U is out, what will they think of next? Another 3DS or similar? Or a totally different revolutionary handheld console that we won't expect? The 3DS XL is pretty old now, although they're still making special edition bundles. What's beyond that?
 
I'm not sure, but the Wii U was a pretty big flop so they really need to reevaluate their situation. I feel like recently their handhelds have been a lot more popular than their consoles, so that is probably an area they should focus on.
 
Maybe they will make a bigger handheld (not too big though) with full HD graphics (there hasn't been a Nintendo HD handheld). To follow on from the 3DS successor.
