I was thinking of starting to play Pokemon White 2 because I was in the mood to play it. When I turned it on, I started to wonder what got me in the mood. I started thinking about Marshal (One of the elite four members) and how much his design and personality was. It made me wonder if anyone else liked Marshal or any other elite four member.hqdefault.jpg

The original Elite Four will always be the best. Notably Lance and Gary.

Honorable mentions: Lance, Gary. My personal favorite is Cynthia because diamond was my first game, so she has some sentimental value. Also, she is a strong video game character. Like honestly, she is probably the toughest female trainer in all of Pokémon. And she lives up to it in platinum.

Hmm, although i loved pokemon black/white and black/white 2 a bunch, the characters of the E4 didn't get my attention that much. Although i loved bianca in those games, she was my favorite :p

Back to topic though, my favorite champion is definitely Cynthia. She's a good looking character and had my favorite champion music, diantha also got my attention but cynthia ranks #1 for me :p they're my two favorites though as far as the league goes, loved their character and fight music

Aaron has to be my favorite Elite Four member. If you don't have a good enough team you will lose to him on the first try. Right when Bug types get better someone just so happens to use them. Flint is cool too but he is kinda stretching it by having a Drifblim on his team even though there aren't many fire types to choose from. Alder and Gary are my favorite Champions mainly because Gary seems to be the harder one to beat and Alder because it's easy to grind the Elite Four since he has some average Bug types. Cynthia is challenging too but she is in so many games it's like Game Freak is "milking" her.

In my opinion, there haven't really been that many memorable champions since Gen 2. I mean, maybe Cynthia was okay, but I really dig your rival (Blue) being the Champion in Gen 1 and then Lance in Gen 2. Lance just had this cool vibe that I really enjoyed. He was also a challenge to beat; I think he had something like three Dragonites on his team. In Gen 1, beating your rival and dethroning him is pretty hilarious and fun to do, especially since he just treated you like crap the whole game.

I really liked Cynthia. Pokemon Platinum was one of my first Pokemon games and one of my favorites Pokemon games as well. Cynthia was really cool and very powerful too. She had a pretty big part in Pokemon Platinum, with the Distortion World and everything.

Acerola from Pokemon Sun was also pretty cool.

¿N counts as a champion? maybe you can figth him only once after the elite 4 , but for me was maybe the most memorable battle of the series

after that you have to battle ghechis , but N is still more epic and his way of thinking was very valid

My Favorite Champion has to be Cynthia. The theme that played was so good. And the fight was pretty intense and Her Lucario made the Fight difficult.

I loved Champion Cynthia too!
Cynthia has pretty good characterization throughout the game because she helps you along your quest and helps you defeat Team Galactic. That's often more than can be said of other Pokémon NPCs.
Plus, her team is amazing! Playing through Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum for the first time, new players would probably have heard of rare Pokémon like Spiritomb, Milotic, and Garchomp. But chances are they weren't able to acquire any of these powerful Pokémon before the Pokémon League considering their rarity and strength, and when they show up all at once in the final battle it just shows Cynthia's strength and skill as a trainer!
I think Gamefreak realized this too, since Cynthia makes future appearances in Pokémon Black and White and their sequels.
