What's your favorite Pokemon in the Hoenn Region?

Mines Swampert because he was already freaking amazing and then his mega evolution was made which made him so much better.

My favorite is actually Rayquaza (you probably know why), then Latios (cool looking, bulky, great typing and movepool and great sp. atk and speed!) and finally Sceptile (cool looking as well, fast and with high sp. atk, useful movepool, got a really awesome mega evolution and even though it has been continuously nerfed ever since gen 3, it still manages to stay great!)!
