What's Your Favorite Shiny Moment

My favorite shiny moment was actually today. I came across a shiny Eevee after around a 140 dexnav chain. It's ivs were not the best but I'm just happy I got a shiny Eevee, soon to be a shiny Umbreon. :)
 
:eek: :eek: :eek: You must be really decidated to dexchain for a shiny eevee and must love eevees a lot. You should have bred becuase you don't waste Pokeballs, Repels, or take a lot of money to complete. Plus it is way faster and you can use your "failed" ones which could be high IV's if you bred correctly, and wonder trade them or Evolve them into all the evolutions! :D
 
That moment when I just overtrain and find a Shiny :D Yeah , in Pokemon Platinum , I was training in route 202 ( or 203 ) and I training like for pure hours :p But then suddenly came this golden Shiny Shinx :eek: I was really excited at this , and I managed to catch it :)

Thanks for the advice man. I am just now really getting into the deep side of Pokemon with evs, ivs, and methods to getting shiny Pokemon, but it is such an amazing moment when you see one you've been searching for hours for.

The only time I've ever tried to get a shiny was by Chain Fishing, since it's the easiest way to do so :p I got a shiny Magikarp in a chain of 20, but of course, since there are no definite IVs, there is very little use for them in competitive battling. I find it difficult to understand how the Dexnav or Pokeradar really work (I haven't played ORAS yet), plus with Masuda Method, I do that most of the time anyway when breeding. I still haven't found or bred my own competitive shinies.
 
Lol me too i was playing pokemon emerald 3 years ago i was on my to catch rayquaza and i luckly found a shiny tentacool i said :eek:

Don't work the masuda method is hard try running away and encounter to get a shiny
 
My favourite shiny moment was when i just went through the game of emerald, and I didn't know shinies existed but I caught a shiny medicham. I revisited my emerald game like 4 years later and I was like O_O (since by now i knew there were shinies in the game). It kinda surprised me .-.

I was trying chain fishing for the first time and in 5 tries I found a shiny Gyarados in Y~ I named her Ruby because of the color and even though she doesn't have any IVs really she was my first shiny so I treasure her. xD

my favorite shiny moment was on my first play through of omega ruby and once i got latios i wasn't even expecting it but it was FREAKING SHINY! i freaked out and i just went with it and it is a valued member of my team but it mostly carries hms like surf and waterfall but it also has luster purge.
