I know it is a really weird question, but I really'd like to hear. (Get it??)
Anyways mine is Fortree City

 
I really like the music that's from Fallarbor town. It's really relaxing. I also love the music of the route next to the town and I think its the best route music in the game.
 
The Lavender Town music, because of the extremely scary story on it.

Nah, not really. I don't pay much attention to the city/town music but the Lumiose City music is memorable, and Vaniville Town's music because it's home's music :love:

The bike music is the best :p It beats any city's music.
 
Here are my personal favourites:

Kanto: Celadon City
Johto: Azalea Town
Hoenn: Vendanturf Town (Personal Overall Favourite)
Sinnoh: Canalave City
Unova: Nimbasa City
Kalos: Lumiose City

I like most the themes in the cities/towns, particularly the ones from Hoenn and Sinnoh! :p

I having so many memories just listening to some of these themes.

The remakes of ORAS have some themes which i find really touching (not sure about you guys) but that makes me really like them :D

I love Lavender Town Tune, I love the spooky feel of the town and the song makes it even creepier!
 
I like Petalburg city's theme (Hoenn). It has a nice ring to it, and a few beats that make it lively. It's not too over-the-top and is balanced. Catchy tune and I like to visit the city from time to time. xD
 

Is it wrong that I like the Pokemon Center music o.o
 
I really loved Nimbasa City music from Pokemon Black and White Unova region . It to me was a really exciting song and the thing is that it was exciting all the time and I loved how it was really original and you can't really get tired of it . Music form Pokemon Black and White because they were always quite original . The music may sound weird at first but it is good getting used to :)
 
My favorite city music is Castelia city. There are lots of tall buildings and the music is just awesome and cool. The music gives me memories of playing Pokemon white. There is also a gym in caselia city and I beat that gym.

I like all pokemon centre music (except XY they are kinda blank). Skyarrow bridge song is one of my favourites as it calms me down. Castelia city song is also awesome as it cheers me up and route 101 is also awesome.

Games that I like for their music- RSE, ORAS and HGSS

I really like music when we are about end victory road in alpha sapphire and wally come up and challenge me the music at that time is so amazing i was getting goosebumps , best music in pokemon history

I loved the town in sinnoh where you go after twinleaf and it is the 1st or 2nd town I forgot. :/ But It was soooo big and the music was carefree and amazing. You got many crucial things there and the lottery thing! Also I got a quick claw >:D

Jubilife city iirc. Yeah i really liked that theme and it really stuck in my head (since i had like a level 25 monferno and couldn't get out of jubilife cause i never read the text. This meant i didn't know i had to talk to clowns and get the Poketch until ages so the music from there has stuck with me.

I like the pokemon shop music because it sounds so lively and happy. IT always put me into a better mood. I also like it when you go to the mall in the city because it has the same music as the pokemon shop

I really like the Goldenrod City music (GSC, the HGSS one didn't capture the true feel of it), it had a lively tone to it and was just overall catchy. Especially the start of the song, it was really nice. In HGSS, I would use that Key Item that changed the whole game's themes into those of GSC, then go to Goldenrod Town, since I really loved that theme.

Mine is Lavender town! haha not really.. my favorite is Route 209 in D/P/P. thats beating any pokemon town/city music without fortree in oras. fortree has a good music, but I really like Route 209 in D/P/P.

Goldenrod City - (it sounds just like the Bicycle theme but slower)
Pyrite Town - The music fits the tone of the city. Really catchy and has a neat bass.
Phenac City- The start of Wes's journey. The music is as peaceful as the mood of the city. An oasis in the desert.
Jubilife City - It has the tone of a city with some soft jazz.
Opelucid City (White Version) - It gives a dramatic tone like the story is almost over and the tone of Team Plasma's plan is the same as the city.
Anistar City - there is mystery behind it, it fits the Gym theme as well as the strange sundial.

I am gonna list my favorite town Music from all the regions.

Kanto: Pallet town (it sounds relaxing)
Johto: Violet/Olivine city (Nostalgic feels)
Hoenn: Verdanturf town (I love the melody)
Sinnoh: Celestic town/Eterna city (Relaxing)
Unova: Nimbasa city (I like the tune)
Kalos: Lumiose city (I just like it)

I'd have to say that one of my most favorite songs in the Pokemon games come from Pokemon: Black and White's Sky Arrow Bridge! The music is so upbeat and relaxing! It also is great because it is a nice tune to listen to when I'm continuously running up and down the bridge try to hatch eggs or level up in daycare! Here's the song!

Kanto:Celadon city: It's beautiful I loved it when I played fire red.
Johto: Goldenrod: I Normally hear it when I hatch eggs.
Hoenn:Lilycove city: The city has the best music for me
Sinnoh:Celestic town: it's beautiful.
Unova: Sky arrow bridge it's my favorite.
Kalos: Camphrier Town: Hatching eggs.
