What's your first monster hunter game?

For me i first played monstre hunter dos on ps2 in japanese !!Then i had 800 hours on freedom unite then 600 hours on portable 3rd and 520 hours and few minutes on 3 ultimate (the time is decreasing don't know why lol !!!) and now 0 hours on 4 ultimate cause i'm still trying to get the game .
what about you?
 
MH3U was my first MH game. I have about 500 hours on it. I've played a little bit of FU (~10 hours) and I have over 400 hours on 4U.
 
My first MH is freedom unite for the PSP...i know worst starter ever but it was the first PSP game i got and strangely enough its my second most played game as of yet
 
I've only played MH3U, as of yet. But I absolutely adore that game!

I play it a lot with my friends, in real life. Actually, they're the reason I started playing. My best friend in the time begged me to buy the game so he could play it at my place, and I conceded, hating it at first. But then I tried it, and fell in love with it. The first time time I saw the Lagiacrux, I freaked so hard! I got stuck in a corner of the map, screaming really loudly, much to the laughter of my best friend.

Now, I can single hunt the Goldbearded Ceadeus. How times have changed, aye?
 
freedom unite was really awesome i remenber those g-rank quest and especially the g-rank tigrex one shots you every time he charges
 
My first Monster Hunter game was preobably Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for the 3ds . It was great but I was way too confused with the interface and how to do this and that so I actually sold it ._. Now playing the MU4 demo thing , I wish that I really had the game back >.>
 
My first monster hunter game was tri. I remember getting all the way to rathalos without actually knowing how to play the game... Good times
 
The freedom unite demo. In terms of a full game, that'd be mh3u for 3ds. I have a meager 65 hours clocked in on it, but to be fair I got it the month before I bought 4u.
 
I first tried tri, and discovered that tri sucks. Then I found 3U, and decided to give monster hunter a chance. I fell in love with it and play an unhealthy amount every day now.

MHFU on the PSP was my first [serious] MH game

I got MHF2 a couple of months before FU but I was put off by the learning curve at the time.

My very first monster hunter game wa mhtri on my wii system. I think i just got some sixty hours not much on that one cause then i got 3 ultimate. On the latter i got above one hundred hours. Finally, I got mh4ultimate like a month ago and i think i have about seventy hours of gameplay, i love it
