Where do u find attract in pokemon ORAS

where do u find attract in pokemon A/O I want to learn it to my cosplay Pikachu it would make a graet move set for it cuz 1st I can make it use atrac then it can use a move that will paralize the target then I can keep using double team so when I finaly attacks me it will keep missing then I can use my attack move on it and when they try attacking me they will miss do u think that's a good idea or instead of paralize ing them u could put them to sleep

TM45 (it contains Attract) can be found in Verdanturf town, just like in the original Hoenn games. There's a woman in the Contest Hall that will give it to you. That said, if you're thinking of using it as a competitive move, I'd warn that it's a bit gimmicky and relies on luck to some extent.
