Quick Balls are found in Fallarbor Town for ORAS. Alternatively, it would seem that you can find one for free over on Route 114 (as a potential item prize for beating Pokemon Maniac Steve in a rematch)

You can buy them at Fallarbor town. Or like in every game, you can stock up on Pokeballs and other items at the Pokemon League since they have every item that you can buy in Pokemarts there. You can also find some types of Pokeballs in certain Routes.

You can buy them at Fallarbor town. Or like in every game, you can stock up on Pokeballs and other items at the Pokemon League since they have every item that you can buy in Pokemarts there. You can also find some types of Pokeballs in certain Routes.
Actually, the Pokemon League doesn't have every item you can buy in Pokemarts. For example, only the three classic pokeballs are found there (Pokeball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball). Even in the originals, certain Pokemarts had exclusive items.
