So, where is he? He HAS to return! He has been in every game to date and I really want to see his new HD character model for the Wii U version.

Do you guys think he will return? Or do you think he will be replaced with Lucas?

Ness has been in since the first game. . . not to metion, Earthbound earned him more publicity by being re released on the virtual console for Wii U. Lucas was a Japan-known character and only joined the fight in brawl. I highly doubt he'd replace a veteran fighter like Ness.
Ness has made an appearance in each game so far, I doubt he'd be taken out. I really wish they'd reveal him, especially instead of Peach! I mean, really!? Dx
He's usually unlockable thougu, if you take into account the previous games. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

True. They never answer anything I ask them properly. It usually goes like this:

Me: Is?
Nintendo: No.
Me: OK, damn.

:p

I'm sure he'll be there. Nintendo are holding him back just to make us cheer more when they reveal him.

Not that I use him much but I hope he does stay in the game, it just wouldnt be the same :/ hes a classic!

No Villager will never replace Ness
Anyways I think that Ness will return they just won't cut him. He's been there since the first Super Smash Bros Game.

Ness is the little kid with the red cap, right? If so, then yeah, he might return. Especially since his game came out on the Wii U Virtual Console not so long ago.

I never played with Ness but I have to agree he was a very cool Super Smash Bros. character. I sure hope he comes back it just won't feel right for them to replace him :(

Ikr. Look on the somewhat bright side, he has better odds of appearing than Capt. Falcon (or does he?)
