Fantasy Life Where to find the Wind Wingstone in Fantasy Life?

I've been searching far and wide for a Wind Wingstone to complete the challenge and rank up to "Legend" for the Miner class in Fantasy Life. According to its description, it's in a cave somewhere on Mount Snowpeak. The only caves that I know of are the Cave of Lava and the Cave of Ice (Ice Cave in the Summit).

I checked day and night in the Cave of Ice and found no Wind Wingstone, unfortunately =/

So guys/gals, where do I have to go or what do I have to wait for to get this wind wingstone to appear in my game?

PS. @Hayleia this one isn't in the tutorial,

Waterfall Cave, that's another cave and this is where it is =P You can find it by going on the right path of Mount Snowpeak ^^
