Where to learn to play smash competitively?

So, I have been getting into competitive pokemon, but also want to get into competitive smash. I know smogon is the pokemon competition website, but what is the smash website? If there is none, where should I go to learn more about competition? I am into the wave running and ledge guarding thing. Let me know other techniques to look into, and areas where I can study. Thx in advance.
