Pokemon X or Y?
 
Well, considering that the only real differences are the obtainable megas and the main legendary, I prefer Pokemon Y. I like how Yveltal can fit many roles in a team and I also prefer the megas you can get in-game. Mega Mewtwo Y has the highest Special Attack there is, Mega Aggron is incredibly useful and also my favorite mega evolution and Mega Charizard Y can combine Drought and Solarbeam to destroy Water types! The only bad thing is that I prefer Manectric over Hoondoom, but Manectite is a version exclusive to Pokemon X!
 
As Tho said above, megas and the main legendary are the only big differences, which are mostly a matter of opinion. Stat wise, Xerneas is better, and so is Mega Charizard X. Mega Pinsir is better than Mega Heracross. So, I took Pokemon X.

Pokemon Y is good too! As mentioned above, there are very good megas in Y also. Even so, I prefer X.

Xerneas has the exact same stats as Yveltal! Also, Mega Herracross is insanely powerful in Trick Room teams! As for Charizard, just like with Mewtwo and Yveltal, Pokemon X has more Special Attacking Pokemon, while Y has more Physical and mixed ones! Also, Mega Aggron is far better than Mega Tyranitar!
 
I always make my game decisions based on legendaries so in this case, I like Yveltal better than Xerneas. However, I do like Mega Charizard X better than Mega Charizard Y.

Unfortunately I sold my Pokemon X. So I just have Y. But it doesn't really matter to me anyway.
 
All I ever played is Pokémon X so I cannot give an honest opinion of which is the best. Although, I have seen Mega Mewtwo Y and I will say I prefer Mewtwo X.
 
I'd have to say X, because I've never actually played Y (I did originally want the game, but only copies of X were available at the time). Both games don't really have many differences, but one being the pokemon that are exclusive to each version. I guess it just comes down to whether you like Xerneas or Yvetal! xD
