Which flower's the best

There are two main flowers in the Mario series, but which one do you think is the best? I think the Fire Flower's the best because it's the original, for one reason.Poll quickly, only five days!

OK originality aside, because really people just because something is first does not make it instantly better, fire flower is still better because at least I don't have to throw my enemies to kill them, meanwhile fire flower gets the job done easy and quick, with like the exception of dry bones but I can deal with those. Also ice flowers ice flower balls of icyness have very awkward jumps which I find much harder to master than those of the fire flower.

Well I never grew up with the Fire Flower but I think Ice flower is better. It's wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cooler and more useful. It can kill dry bones and wet bones. Plus if you hold a frozen enemy and a friend hops on it you can carry him to FREEEDOM. (Or just throw him away to a hole) Fire flower is good but it is not as useful as the ice flower.

It has always been something really useful to me playing games like Super Mario Bros. Sometimes when I play, there's some part in me that feels empty when I don't have it XD The Ice Flower is better, generally, but I don't think that it's very common compared to the Fire Flower, and they'll both be the same.

Actually I haven't really seen the ice flowers except for the Mario and Luigi series xD, so I would go for the fire flower, because they look muck cooler in mario levels compared to ice flowers. In the Mario and Luigi series, though, ice flowers are better as it lowers the opposing stats.

This isn't that official. You missed the Gold Fire Flower from New Super Mario Bros 2 and the Mix Flower from Mario and Luigi Partners in Time. Personally I prefer the Gold Fire Flower because it has the best effect and who wouldn't want to turn anything into money

You forgot a flower, coin flower kills your enemies getting the job done, and destroying blocks and turning them into coins. Coin flower gets you the 1-ups, kills your enemy, and clears the way.

I think I would go with the ice flower, it's just so cool how the animation is compared to the regular F.Flower imo. I just like the ice one way more better than the fire flower, mainly in the newer Wii U ones though.

Fire flower for me, it originates from the classic Mario titles. What's not to love about going crazy and letting out inferno shots? it does the job and gets rid of any enemies in your way, it's pretty much OP! I like the outfit design after receiving the power-up, because it has red in it. xD

I personally like the fire flower . I mean I really haven't played that many Mario games but I've played the originals enough to really like the fire flower. Its the easiest to get appearing in pretty much every level and not to mention the inverted costume design is really quite awesome in my opinion

I would say the fire flower because it was the original and the best. Mario looks a whole lot cooler when he gains the ability from the fire flower rather than the ice flower. The fire flier also does meow damage. So if it isn't clear my choice will have to be the fire flower.

This is a really tough one, because both are really helpful. Fire flower can give you a coin in the new games and kill immediately, While Ice flower can be used for killing a Dry Bone.
My favorite is fire.
