Mine is by far Les Misérables by Victor Hugo. Such a long and amazing story with a lot of teachings.
Another of my favorites are the Song Of Ice And Fire saga from George R.R. Martin. Also IT and 11/22/63 both by Stephen King they are very great stories. :)

Tell me your favorite book, why you love it and all that stuff :p I'm feeling curious! haha.

My favorite Book is The Hunger Games and The Gone series
I encourage everybody to read these books all five stars

I don't necessarily have a "favorite book," but I do enjoy reading books that include mythology, so of course, I do enjoy the famous Percy Jackson series, the Heroes of Olympus series, Narnia series, etc. Although, I'm fine with reading other books, most of them don't appeal as much to me as mythological books. I love books that include action, adventure, and humor, and those series listed above have those requirements.

If I had to choose a favorite book, I'd either go for the House of Hades or the Last Olympian. I just love the action, adventure, and humor in these books. Those books are just so amusing.

Also like the Harry Potter series. Read those while growing up. My Book Reports were lulzy.

My favorite book so far would have to be To Kill A MockingBird it really has a good story and explains what happened before with black people being less treated than white people

If I had to pick one definite favourite book, it'd be The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien. It's so well-written, so funny yet never cracked, such a good adventure - to me it's perfect from every angle.

Apart from that, the H.I.V.E. series by Mark Walden and the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. :bookworm:

I haven't read The Hobbit yet :(

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

For a long time I didn't have a favourite, but this book is by far my favourite now. I love the book itself, I have two interactive apps of it (one reads to me and one is just interactive, by a company called Padworx) and it just makes me happy haha. I really want to see it in theatre. That's my dream.

If any book ties for my favourite with The Hobbit, it's Dracula by Bram Stoker. It's hard to read at the start (really boring then), but once I got going I loved it.

Why are your favorite books? (No manga and comic books here)

Mine are all the harry potter books I started reading them at a young age and I lived them and I still do. I have also started to read The Lord of the rings so far pretty good.

The Saga of Darren Shan has to be one of my favorite book series ever. Then there's Ready Player One, which is really fun to read with all those video game references.
I am also starting to love the ASOIAF series (Still in book 2 though because holy crap so many pages)

If you don't count comic books (mangas) then I have only a few including Percy Jackson series, Garin series (it's in Thai though). I read many other novels, but not really addicted to them as much as manga.
It seems like many people love the Hobbit here. I never even watch the movies, oops. Have to try now

I really like the Percy Jackson series and the related Rick Jordan series that have to do with any kind of ancient mythology or folklore. As for favorite book I don't think I can decide on just one so a couple are, the eye of the warlock, the limit, Dragon rider, schooled, and the house of atheron

I don't read very often but when I do read it has to be something recommended to be by a LOT of people.

I enjoyed The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.

I also like the bible.

Though I wouldn't say that I have a certain favorite book , I can say that I enjoy reading a lot of books though it has become quite scarce nowadays so I would say that I like Science Fiction the most of the genres . I really like that enthusiastic feeling that each one gives and I always manage to finish the book even though how long :D
