I've been looking at getting a Monster Hunter game but seeing as I haven't any experience apart from a demo which one should be my first? It doesn't have to be the best one just maybe the easiest to get into or if there's an order to the storyline than it will be the first.
 
Any of the games tbh but you might as well pick up the most recent one. I started playing during the PSP-era and it wasn't exactly the most beginner friendly game back then.
 
I remember I started playing monster hunter back in my wii system. By that time the game was Monster hunter tri. Then the nintendo 3ds came out and with it we received monster hunter 3 ultimate, which of course I got and loved playing it. But, if you are kind of new on this game, I would suggest you pick up MH4U. It is really user friendly and it does support online multiplayer which can be a life saver in occassions.
