Goku by far. Vegeta always seems like the one that is aiming to be just better than goku but goku seems like he's aiming to be stronger than anyone there is. And goku pretty much lives to fight and get stronger. At the end of gt he left all his family behind to train with shenron and get stronger while vegeta remained on the planet
