For me it's Ness. This kid has so many outfits and they're all matching. He even matches his SHOELACES with his outfit.

Pit more than fresh have you seen his weapons,the dudes swords' turn into a bow when you have to shoot plus in the game you can get dark pit,plus the dude clothes and design is way off not to mention he has wings.
 
To me many characters look fresh and well of course I would say the newcomers that came up to this amazing series . Of course I am talking no other than of course Villager ! Though i am not sure many people know this or not , but he is a very OP character in so many ways . First off his cool ' Pocket ' move which is so useful in many ways and then there is a powerful bowling ball move that is very very hurtful . Not to mention great recovery move with the balloons :D
