Who is the best Gym leader in all the Pokemon games

This question I've been asking myself this question ever since Pokemon X and Y came out. Who is the best gym leader in all the Pokemon games. I think the Lumios city gym is the best because first you start in the bottom of lumios tower then take an elevator to every floor answering questions to see if you really know your Pokemon and Pokemon skills and then after 5 questions and battles you fight Clement. Clement has 3 Pokemon. An Emolga Lv 38, Magenton Lv. 38, and a Helioptile Lv. 42. He is the fifth gym leader and the smartest out of all the gym leaders. That is why I think the Lumios city gym is better then the rest of the gyms in Kalos, Unuva, Sinnoh, Hoenn, Jhoto, or Kanto.

This may seem like a chump answer, but my favourite overall would have to be Brock. He's literally the first gym leader anyone ever faced. He was the first to explain what gym leaders did, he was the first to dish out TMs, and he wasn't too hard. The difficulty curve for Red and Blue are also classified on which starter you chose and their match-up against Brock and Misty. Plus, his G/S team utilized both available fossils that had (gasp) part water types on them.

I know he's not a favourite for most, and that he seems pretty bland by comparison, but he will always be my favourite.

I gotta go with Blue yo, he's OP by comparison being the former champ and only battling with his champion team. His rematch set in HeartGold is probably the strongest gym leader set ever featured in a Pokemon game. Gotta admit, I like Wallace though.

I always respected Brock as a great Gym Leader. I always thought he was the best.
