I, too, liked Nessa when she was revealed, but then someone showed me this abomination of her:
And now I no longer like her.
I think my favorite character so far has to be Leon. Not many reasons in particular, I just like his design and name.

Chairman Rose peaks my interest. Mainly because he looks the most realistic and can potentially be a villain making money on the League like Rocket or Cipher but if not his looks is alone enough to make him my favorite.
