Who is your favourite Gym Leader of each region?

I personally can't remember the names of certain Gym Leaders and I didn't really play all the Pokemon games so I will list these two that I hope that I know :
Sinnoh : Ice Gym Leader ( I dunno name >.< )
Unova : Ground Type Gym Leader ( I can't believe I dunno this either
)

I can't remember most of the names of the gym leaders unfortunatly, I'm going by anime logic because in the games gym leaders are given little to no noticable personality. Personally I liked Brock the best from Kanto, Drake in the orange islands, Morty, I think that's what his name is in Johto, most of the other gym leaders I have forgot the names of

Kanto: Giovanni (He is the leader of team Rocket... do I need to say anymore?)
Johto: Claire (The second best dragon type trainer in Johto)
Hoenn: Norman or Flannery (Both of them have somewhat challenging Battles, and unique personalities)
Sinnoh: Volkner (He is arrogant... feels good to beat him)
Unova: Elesa (Super model + Gym leader = Perfect combination)
Kalos: Clemont (I wasn`t too fond of the leaders in this region, but if I have to pick one, it`s Clemont)
Johto: Claire (The second best dragon type trainer in Johto)

Kanto:misty(she really deserve too be gym leader and i guess she is although she very strong in orginal games)
Jhoto:no doubt it will be most annoying gym leader whintny

Kanto: Giovanni. He's the only person from a criminal organization that has been a Gym Leader. You can face him in a Celebi event in HGSS and he just leaves Team Rocket.
Johto: Jasmine. She appears in Sinnoh and gives you Waterfall. She also uses steel types which are really neat. Her Gym wasn't very fun but I guess it's because you have to talk to her at the lighthouse.
Hoenn: Winona. Her gym was a fun puzzle and she has some neat Pokemon.
Sinnoh: Roark. He made the whole underground section under Sinnoh for local play and you can get useful items like evolutionary stones, fossils, and shards.
Unova: Clay. The only Gym leader with a different dialect.
Kalos: Clemont just because he's a genius type guy that invents things.

You might think this is real cheap, but I don't really like any gym leaders in others regions besides Sinnoh, I liked Waker or Crash or Waker Crash or whatever his name was lol. His gym was really unique with the annoying water button things >.< but the others guy's water gym in Hoenn was nice too even though it resembled part ice gym because of the ice puzzle lol

Kanto: Misty(I don't know why I just liked her personality and stuff plus that city was close to where you get Meowth.)
Johto: Clair(She had her awesome dragons and was always so serious about everything I just found her to be really cool.)
Hoenn: Flannery(One she is very pretty at least I think she is and two I thought it was pretty funny how you start fighting her and she keeps trying to change what she says to you and never decides on one thing until she gives up.)
Sinnoh: Gardenia(I liked her the most mainly because well Roark was loser Wake was weird steel dude was boring and Candice was a brat in my opinion anyways Gardenia was just chill and she was easy to beat with Blair the Ponyta.

Johto: Claire because she was all awesome and super fun to battle

Unova: Iris because her personality in the anime and the games were so chaming to me
