Who would win fairy tail or bleach

So seeing as how this two anime are extremely popular and have a ton of OP cheracters which world would win in a full out battle? You've got bleach with the Gotei 13 we will stick with the known members the humans with powers, the out casts,the arancars, the bakoto weilders and hell beings. From fairy tail you've got fairy tail, linia scale, saber tooth, grimior heart, mermaid heal,the tower of heaven crew, irratio un saix, and the neo irratio un saix.

Sorry if I left stuff out I'm on episode 226 of bleach and episode 178 of fairy tail. Yes this was inspired by the thread fairy tail vs naruto. So don't hate. And sorry about misspelled words auto correct is a pain when spelling non English words.
