Super Smash Bros. is more than just a game. I am not one of those crazed fanboys if that's what you are thinking. But hear me out. Marth and Roy appeared in Smash before appearing in a NA Fire Emblem game.Remember when Snake was in Brawl? That was due to a deal struck with Nintendo and Hideo Kojima. Another example is when Shulk joined the roster. Until Smash 4, nobody ever talked about Xenoblade: Chronicles or Xenoblade itself. Then all of a sudden, you couldn't go two clicks without find a Shulk meme. Smash also rekindles love for forgotten characters as well as popularizing new ones In conclusion, Smash is more than a game. It's a contract, a money maker, and a celebration of Nintendo. That's something to put in your pocket
