Anybody here actually use it?

No, not really. It can be annoying when you wanna change the batteries. xD

I would if I had gotten a Wii, if I remember right Nintendo was giving them out for free for awhile.

Haha yes, I do use them, only because I wanted them to look exactly how they're pictured on the box. xD I agree, it can definitely be a pain while trying to change the batteries.

It came when I got my Wii, and I actually do use it. I never take it off since it is comfortable to hold. The only annoying thing about the Wiimote jacket is when you are trying to replace batteries. Sometimes it gets stuck to the safety strap and it is a pain to untangle.

I use it because I'm paranoid now. everytime I drop something it breaks. So use the jacket to help with that. I also enjoy the feel of it in my hands

Yes.Even if I do use the hand-strip when I play with my Wii Remote,I think it's still safer to put the jacket on,and not lying around in the room somewhere.Who knows, maybe it could fly off my hand out of all the sudden. :p
Also,it fits in more nicely within my hands than without it.

Yes I do cause I'm used to it now

I tend to be a bit of a klutz, but the only time I've really dropped a Wii remote was during a tournament with my cousins in little league baseball 2008, but my wrist strap caught it. I find the jacket really pointless, mainly because it is so annoying to get the jacket off for battery replacement, and since I bought a charger I have remove the jacket for it to work. Also, my bro is a slob, so the jackets get a strange dirty color which messes up with my OCD.

I never seem to use the jacket and I never remember using except when I first got the system to play Wii Sports and the other time when playing Wii Sports Resort. Other than that my jacket was always off. Now the safety strap I barely used either and I never threw my remote anywhere around the room.

The Jackets were pretty stylish and I used 'em all the time. They were kinda hard to take off, but I never minded it at all. Compared to the Motion Plus sleeve thingies, they're not as protective imo, 'specially on the top of the Wii remote.

I use it because I like the feel of it.

I used it at first because it made the Wiimote more comfortable to hold, then one day I found it shredded into a million rubber pieces thanks to my dog.

I preferred using the sleeve more than the jacket. The sleeve made battery replacing much more simpler, and it made them look a bit cooler lol.

Oh, the Wii Remote Jacket! Yeah, I don't really use at all.
I don't know how safe it would have actually kept my Wii Remote; mine is just fine without the jacket.
It's annoying to take off when you need to replace the batteries, and it gets frustrating shoving it back in.
Maybe I'm being too harsh on the poor jacket. Maybe the Wii remote just wanted to be cool and wear a hoodie!
Wait, Wii Remote Jackets weren't really popular, so that means I saved my Wii Remote from a fashion disaster!
That Remote should be thanking me! It owes me money now for what I've saved it from!
But yeah, it seems kind of useless to me, it's just one of the safety things I don't use. I tend to not use the wrist strap, either.
