Wii U freezes when launching from quick start menu

Games, the eShop, Netflix, etc. All work fine when I launch them in the regular fashion. But if I click an icon from the quick start menu it freezes on the Wii U logo 9 times out of 10. I have to reboot the Wii U.

Has this happened to anyone else? It's a new thing with me, and I honestly have no ideas why it's taking place.

Hmm. I tried searching around on Google, and I found one more person on GameFaqs has this problem. It is not solved, so I think you should contact Nintendo's Tech support.
