So long no one changed it theres no key,you have to type it by yourself(just think of any key)

Someone in your home must have set them up, they don't come with any type of preset Parental Controls.

Unless you got it used, then I would call Nintendo.

If Your parents set up the parental controlls, you need to ask them.
