If Miis were in SSB4 then where would you see them?

I don't think Mii's will be playable but do you think they'll show up at all? I think if they were in SSB4 then they would be in the background or as enemies in Multi-Man Brawl at best.
 
I think Miis would be playable but they would have there own moveset, depending on color determines the special attacks and final smashes.
