Will Nintendo Phones Be a Thing?

I never knew any of this other than game censorship. Do you think Nintendo will ever have their own game-phone besides game chat in Pokemon X/Y? Will future handhelds have their own e-mail accounts? Swapnote worked sort of like e-mail but considering everything that's already on a 3DS and what's been unable to be used this will never happen.
 
Laggy phones with many bugs? Sorry but I will pass. Sincerely your great master, Limperakis.
 
Game phone? You mean the mobile gaming. If they were to have a separate mobile device that will have phone features like calling, text messaging, I wouldn't buy it. The mobile market is already jam pack with many providers. I think one day Miiverse will be a messaging system and the Nintendo Network ID is already aiming towards something like an individual email, which should (hopefully) bring unification within other Nintendo systems.
 
Hmm... After Android, will we get Nintendo OS :D ? That could be interesting, but the 3DS already complete a good part of the features that could have a Nintendo Phone (I agree with you again, @Reece), and would there be as much freedom as an Android Phone/Tablet for developers (Because anybody can make apps for Android) ?

lol why not ? nintendo makes games , video consoles and lots of stuff so why not a phone ? lol @Reece and @D4rkDragon you both have a point - why would people get a nintendo phone if there are already millions out there already ? they will probably incorporate it with the next consoles - but hopefully if they do - its not laggy
 
I guess I wouldn't mind a nintendo phone. As long as its a good phone and not just a 3ds with a phone glued on the back of it. Although it would be hard to get into that market with some many phones already at there.
 
That sounds interesting, I wouldn't mind having a Nintendo phone, not to mention it would be nice to collect and have. I think if they do their SMS should use Picto Chat and Nintendo emojis.

And possibly a feature that keeps you up to date with the latest happenings in Nintendo. If they do make a Nintendo phone they should have Nintendo theme skins. Like how phones come in pink, blue, gray. Nintendo should have Pokémon or Mario.
 
Though I think that Nintendo Phones can be pretty weird in my opinion , I think that it will probably be something since I think that the idea really sounds pretty unique and there can be many things and features that it can have , so they might actually be something .
 
No. I do not think that Nintendo phones would be a thing. Nintendo likes to make gaming electronics. I do not think they would want to make nintendo phoness. Also I do not think that I would get a Nintendo phone, I would just play their gaming electronics.

Nintendo will not make a phone. The only thing I see them making advanced that is a nintendo watch or a fitness device
