Spin Off Will Pokemon GO be like what it was in the commercial?

I was wondering, will the game be like what it was in the commercial? Pokemon popping out of nowhere and you get to battle, trade, etc. just like in the actual games? Do you always need WiFi to play or they just pop out of nowhere unexpectedly? What about those PokemonGO watches? They beep whenever a Pokemon is near without opening your phone and whatnot? This game is just too good to be true especially as it will be out next year lol

Looking at the Discover video again and watching the last bits of it as well as the press conference, it looks like parts of it is not going to be all real-world, which honestly leaves me a little disappointed because I thought everything in the game was going to be in reality.
