You can't sell the Weedle and Bulbasaur because I think Weedle evolves when he's Level 7 and Bulbasaur evolves at Lv 15 and they may be hacked Pokes. You can sell Wartortle if it's not Hacked Pokemon. Also Lugia please?

Dude when a pokemon is evolving you can hit the B button and it will cancel the evolution, so yes you can have a lvl 100 weedle.

Dude when a pokemon is evolving you can hit the B button and it will cancel the evolution, so yes you can have a lvl 100 weedle.
