I've been trying to make perfect macarons for a while now, but none of them have ever turned out right. I was wondering if anyone here had a recipe that worked for them and didn't mind sharing it.
Also another question while we're on the topic of macarons, what kind of filling do you use for them? I've always tended to stick with ganache for the filling, flavoured as the flavour of the shells.
