Working Out

Do any of you like to workout? What is your workout schedule?

Monday - Chest/Back/Arms
Tuesday - Shoulders/legs/abs
Thursday - Chest/Back/Arms
Friday - Shoulders/legs/abs

I also do Yoga 3 - 4 times a week and I run/walk for an hour almost every day.
 
I've been so lazy during the winter. I am actually planning on going back to the gym this month.
My old routine consisted of
Monday - Shoulders/Legs/Abs
Wednesday - Chest/Back/Arms
Friday - Shoulders/Legs/Abs

I also throw in about 10 minutes of cardio to warm up and about 15 after working out.
 
Surprisingly, I've actually been committed to the gym for the last few weeks or so. I usually go 3-4 times a week, Unless something comes up.

My routine consists of:

Rowing Machine for 5 mins (warmup)
Weighing apparatus (to tone arms and legs) for about 15-20 mins (using low/medium-ish weights so I don't overdo it, lol)
Treadmill for about 15-30 mins (Steady pace, varying incline)

I'm hoping to lose some weight in the process, but results may take time. ;;
 
I currently dont work out.. But ive bein thinkin of doin home exercises since im a stay at home n geting to gyms is a lil hard.. I am a bigger guy im currently doin a keto diet ive gone fron 425 to 282 but im tryin to find a goox place to start as a routine either following a youtube channel or an app on phone
