Surprisingly, I've actually been committed to the gym for the last few weeks or so. I usually go 3-4 times a week, Unless something comes up.
My routine consists of:
Rowing Machine for 5 mins (warmup)
Weighing apparatus (to tone arms and legs) for about 15-20 mins (using low/medium-ish weights so I don't overdo it, lol)
Treadmill for about 15-30 mins (Steady pace, varying incline)
I'm hoping to lose some weight in the process, but results may take time. ;;
