Alrighty! Not sure how this is gonna work, but let’s try it out and see how far we get! I’m going to start a little service where you can “rent” Steam games from me! Recently, I’ve noticed that Steam has a game sharing option, and I have quite a few good games, such as Hello Neighbor, Bendy and the Ink Machine, Sonic Adventure 2, and more! So, would you like to play these games? Well, now you can! For 250 pc per month, you can play these games and more! Here’s how it works. After you pay for your subscription, I will immediately add you to my game sharing list. You will quickly receive your goodies within the next few hours. Then, just install and have fun. All right! I believe that’s all I have to say. Enjoy!

1 month: 250 pc
3 months: 650 pc (Save 100 pc!)
6 months: 1150 pc (Save 350 pc!)
12 months: 2400 (Save 600 pc!)

Just so you know, you must log into thier computer to set this up, and there is a limit to how many cpus can be connected at one time. So the only way to pull it off would be to give someone your steam login info, and you would need to get a code from your email to log in. After its set up you could change your password, but yeah, that is a factor.

For this to work you would have to give the person your log in details like @luigiFTW mentioned so that they can enable it on their computer. After that they can log off and use their account to access your games.

Also, both accounts cannot play games at the same time, the "host" will kick the person using their account off the game they're playing if the host opens up a game. This can be bypassed though with the host going into offline mode and playing games like that, but the person using the hosts games cannot play said games if them themselves are offline. There's a couple other nuisances about it, but those are the main points.

Long story short, I wouldn't do this unless you trust the person, as you have to actually give them your account details even if it is for a short time.

Would it be possible to temporarily change the password, then change it back later on?

Of course, but you'd still be giving that person full control of your account. They'd have access to everything that account has access to.

Dang. So, this probably isn’t a very good idea, then.

There's a reason it's called "family share". It's supposed to be used between families, people you trust with your account.
