But if they don't give some kind of benefit to getting a digital version, I see no reason why you'd limit yourself to not getting second-hand games.
It would be great being able to have a switch at a cheaper price and having the convenience of not needing to move your arms, but I don't see Nintendo doing it. All of Nintendo's consoles have always included support for physical games. The closest example of a digital only Nintendo system we'll ever see is the Satellaview, and it hasn't sold particularly well. Nintendo also values their retailers in brick and mortar stores the most, that's why digital games are the same price as their physical counterparts. TL;DR:Nintendo isn't gonna do itSimilar to the PlayStation 5, would you have liked to see a cheaper version of the Nintendo Switch that's digital only? So it just doesn't have any game card reader but works just like a normal Switch, just at a cheaper cost.
