I definitely would! But from reading the manga I wish they would add a more serious tone. Like yeah I get it’s a kids game and all, and it wouldn’t be the same as it is right now like a comedy. But that’s just my opinion.

i would give splatoon anime a try.
it sounds light hearted and goofy enough.
at least until rival antagonists of the 1st 2 games appear.
until then it is all fun pain battle with friends.
i would like it but i cant imagine myself recomend it to anyone , it would seem to mindless grafiti type of mayhem to feel like bringing up with people im not close with irl or family members who no into anime.

Any Nintendo property has the potential of good anime. Take Fire Emblem and F-Zero for example. Splatoon could be more of a spy thriller for kids or some sort of idol drama with some hero out of nowhere with an original designed hero to save the day. The thing is I don't know how in depth they could make a story like this. Know what, if the action is good that's all that counts.

I would watch a splatoon anime in a heart beat. The manga is doing really well in japan to the point that they have the cosplay gear of the manga characters in the second game. So I clueless on why they don't have an anime as of now since splatoon is super popular in japan. Idk if its cause of money but it mind boggles me. (I'm mean we had live concerts of squid sisters and off the hook so....) Idk whats stopping an anime.
