Well, Siliconera just posted about a shocking news regarding Xbox One. Microsoft is giving out an actual Xbox branded gold plate in Japan. The gold plate is the grand prize in Microsoft Japan’s Xbox One Journey promotional campaign.

the bar has an estimated value of over $4,000.
Well.. this is too much for me, but what do you guys think?

only for the rich, I guess. Nice idea though. But who would actually want a gold console in the first place? It might get stolen. xD

I bet there will only be one gold Xbox one in this world. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

That's a joke ! That's a bad idea to launch the X1 in Japan, since the 360 flopped there.
But after, since Sony is getting punished for releasing their PS4 (who was behind the WiiU in the sales charts) late in Japan, who knows ?
