Pokemon Sun/Moon players will be able to pick up Marshadow from a GameStop this October. Players in Europe aren't being left out btw. Between October 1st and November 16th, EU players will be able to get the Pokemon at select retailers. I'm guessing GAME will be one of them considering how popular it is.
Previously you could only get a legit Marshadow from someone who obtained it in Japan. The Marshadow will be given away in the form of a code, so you might be able to reset for a good nature and good IVs.
