Cocunut Mall has to be my favorite. I played that course a lot in Mario Kart 7 and I really like the theme. I also like Waluigi's Pinball from Mario Kart DS. The music meshes well with the colorful, disco light pinball course. There are others too, but these 2 stand out in my mind.

I love Delfino Square from Mario Kart Wii and Waluigi Stadium. In Mario Kart 7 I love Airship Fortress the most and Waluigi's Pinball. They are the best music I've ever heard. They really are catchy too I would keep playing the courses again to hear the music over and over ^^

My favorite music in the Mario Kart series is probably Thwomp Ruins from Mario Kart 8. The music sounds really good as is, but when combined with the ambience and scenery of the track, it sounds even better. I also really like Moo Moo Meadows from Mario Kart 8, as it has been remixed incredibly well.
