Zero no Tsukaima, also known as The Familiar of Zero.
Season 1 description-
Louise is a magician at the Tristein Academy, dubbed with the nickname "Zero Louise" due to her inability to effectively use her magic properly, resulting in zero successes. An upcoming test at her academy requires her to summon a familiar, a servant and partner to support her as a magician. Despite desiring a familiar that would be superior to her constantly mocking classmates, Louise ends up summoning Hiraga Saito, your average Japanese boy. Even with Louise and Saito both unwilling to accept each other, they have no choice. Louise cannot attempt another summoning and Saito cannot return to Japan, and so their life together begins. Based on the novel by Noboru Yamaguchi.

Season 2 description-
This sequel is a continuation of the previous season, not long after the war. Louise and Saito seemingly getting along now since she knows that he had given up his only chance to return to Tokyo for her. The story continues as Louise begins to use Void Magic from a mysterious secret book she had recieved from her majesty Henrietta, while a new villain has appeared in town causing trouble.

Season 3 description-
Following Saito's heroic actions in the War with Albion in season two, Saito & Louise return to Tristain, only to have the runes which bind Saito & Louise disappear. Saito & Louise struggle with a relationship no longer defined as Master & Familiar, as they search for an Elf who has the power to restore the dead to life, and may hold the key to understanding Saito's loss of the Gandalfr's power.

Season 4 description-
The fourth and final season of The Familiar of Zero. Saito and Louise feel their bond deepening as the days go on, and they feel it might be time to take the next step in their relationship... But before that, the Queen has a mission for them. She sends them to the pope, who has both Louise and Tiffania become holy maidens. And with all the interruptions around, by both friends and foes, Louise and Saito's love will be tested to the limit.

It's a really good anime (in my opinion). Its based on Comedy,Magic,Fantasy and Romance, a great blend of genres. The storyline is exciting and enjoyable. Every episode was awesome, if your looking for an anime with Fantasy and Comedy this anime is perfect for you.

This anime has four seasons, each season is 12 episodes. If you decide to watch tell me what you think of it? Have any of you all seen this anime already, what did you think about it?

Ah I see, it happens, with the anime Dog Days I watched season 2 before watching season 1 and I did not enjoy season 1, if you did decide on watching the seasons you missed I bet you won't enjoy it that much.

I didn't watch the later seasons by accident, but I watched the first season thinking there wasn't anymore then I learn there was 3 more but only in Japanese language lol.

anyways it's a really great anime and I enjoyed it. We would maybe have a 5th or 6th season right now but sadly the creator has passed away :(

Sad news, but it's a normal step of the human life.

it sucks when you're writing a good series, this is twice now that a series I liked was ended because the creator passed away.
