How To Farm Shinedust in Pokemon TCG Pocket

We all know that some of the best ways to get Shinedust in Pokemon TCG Pocket are:

  • Opening a large number of packs
  • Completing all outstanding missions
  • Winning the occasional Event Battles (eg. Mega Pidgeot EX Drop Event)

However, there are additional methods to farm for Shinedust in the game.

Share 4-Diamond EX Cards with a friend daily

Sharing 4-diamond EX cards rewards the receiver with 720 Shinedust. Make a deal with a friend and keep exchanging your spare 4-diamond EX cards to receive around 20,880-22,320 Shinedust per month. You must be consistent and be the first to use the Share feature with your friend for this to work.

Buy Trainer Cards in the Shop

Although it’s slow, if you have extra Shop Tickets, you can exchange them for Trainer Cards in the Shop. This will get you 20 Shinedust for each Trainer you purchase in the Shop with Shop Tickets. You will be required to grind constantly for Shop Tickets for this method to work.

Deluxe Packs

Deluxe Packs are the best to pull from to get a huge amount of Shinedust. If Dena ever decides to bring back these packs that guarantee an EX card (EX Cards give the most Shinedust along with higher rarity cards), I highly recommend pulling from them if trading is a big deal to you.
