The Rainbow Gemstone is a synthesis material of the gemstone category in Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. It’s used to craft important items in the game, but you’ll eventually find that you’re lacking and may have trouble finding it. This guide will explain how to farm Rainbow Gemstones in the game.
How To Get Rainbow Gemstone in Atelier Ryza 2
Upgrade the Bomb Rod
You’ll need to upgrade your Bomb Rod to the Blue Bomb Rod before you can get the Rainbow Gemstones. Your Blue Bomb Rod needs to have the Expert Exploding effect and it must be used on the rainbow floor crystals in Ethereal Dragon’s Coffin. You can find these floor crystals in the Spirit’s Tomb map, but they’re most likely scattered everywhere in the Ethereal Dragon’s Coffin.

Buy At The Market
Keep selling ore, gemstones, and metal to Romy and one of them will most likely unlock the Rainbow Gemstone for sale from the blue-jacket saleswoman in Erster Central District. She sells the Rainbow Gemstone for 172 Cole per gem.
Digging via Mount
You won’t get it instantly, but if your gathering skill has been maxed out from the Skill Tree and you use your mount at the Ethereal Dragon’s Coffin, there’s a low chance of picking up the Rainbow Gemstone.
