Complete The Pokedex
First, you must complete your Pokedex. There are 400 total Pokemon to catch or evolve in the Galar region. Seek them out and aim at filling out your Pokedex. It’s helpful to find online players to trade exclusive Pokemon and other Pokemon you’re having trouble getting.
Go To Circhester
Use the flying taxi to travel to Circhester. It’s the snowing city between Route 8 and Route 9. There is a hotel named Hotel Ionia. It has two separate entrances. Use the left entrance to enter the hotel and go up the elevator.
The last room to the left should have a doctor NPC. He will first give you the Catching Charm. After finishing the Pokedex, he will give you the Shiny Charm. If you’re collecting both charms in one run, talk to him a second time to collect the Shiny Charm.
